Why is one to one coaching so powerful?

It can be frustrating and demoralising to fall short of the objectives you need to achieve at work.


There are many wonderful things about working for charities but they absolutely bring their challenges.


Many people experience the intense frustration of getting the results that they really want. This is in addition to the many potential difficulties and stresses that come with leading teams, influencing senior colleagues and powerful, wealthy and sometimes difficult donors.


In any walk of life, e.g. business, sport, the arts, as well as the Third Sector, the top achievers understand that you go further faster when you work with an experienced coach who already knows the twists and turns along the road. There are many ways a coach can help you, but way I will help you raise more money and get a better work/life balance, is I help you boldly do the most profitable tasks and do them quickly and well.


Over the past 2 years I have delivered successful one to one coaching with more than 60 fundraisers, at every level, from Chief Executives to fundraising assistants.


There are two ways I work with my coaching clients:

  • One Day Coaching Package – With 5 clients in a day, face to face, one hour for each session at one organisation. Minimum booking, 2 days.
  • 70 minute telephone coaching slot. Minimum booking 2 slots.
